Michael Geilich, sax

Michael plays saxophone and clarinet and has been playing music with friends since high school.  He is grateful for the diverse experiences music has given him.  His most memorable times include trading licks on stage with Smokey Robinson, sitting in with the Sun Ra Arkestra, playing bari sax with the rock band Phish on Broadway,  and serving several seasons as principal clarinet for the Connecticut River Orchestra.  He is delighted to be playing now with Fenno Street Jazz.
